### Logistics Coordinator

**Location:** Paarl (On-site)  
**Type:** Permanent, Full-Time  
**Salary:** Market Related and dependent on experience

### Overview

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join their growing team based in Southern Paarl. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the logistics function through accurate administration, coordination, and documentation within a fast-paced fruit export environment.

This position requires strong organisational skills, the ability to multitask under pressure, and a high level of accuracy. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a high-pressure operational setting and will be able to communicate effectively in both Afrikaans and English.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Manage export documentation and ensure all paperwork is accurate and submitted timeously
-   Assist with logistics planning, scheduling, instructions, and operational coordination
-   Handle stock control processes for both export and local inventory
-   Perform administration on the OX/Prophet system
-   Compile and submit reports on all relevant logistics and operational data
-   Support the logistics manager with day-to-day operational tasks
-   Ensure all logistics-related documentation is maintained accurately and efficiently
-   Assist with any additional duties related to logistics and supply chain coordination

## Requirements

### Requirements

-   Matric (a relevant tertiary qualification or diploma will be advantageous)
-   2–3 years’ experience in a similar logistics role, ideally within the fruit export industry
-   Working knowledge and experience with the OX/Prophet system
-   Strong computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Excel
-   Excellent organisational and planning abilities
-   Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-   Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
-   Willingness to work after hours during peak seasons when required
-   Reliable transport to and from work
