### **Cook (Full-Time)**

**The Gables Assisted Living – Fitchburg, MA**

The Gables of Fitchburg is hiring a dependable **Cook** to support our Executive Chef and help deliver high-quality meals to our residents.

This is a **great opportunity for cooks looking for stability, consistent hours, and no late nights** in a professional, well-run kitchen.

### **Schedule**

Monday **– Friday:** 6:00 AM – 1:30 PM

### **Pay & Benefits**

-   **$19 to $20 depending on experience**

### **Responsibilities**

-   Prepare and cook meals following established menus and dietary needs
-   Assist with food prep, portioning, and service
-   Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
-   Support kitchen organization and inventory
-   Work closely with the Executive Chef

### **Qualifications**

-   Previous cook experience preferred (restaurant, healthcare, or hospitality)
-   Basic food safety knowledge
-   Reliable, team-oriented, and organized
-   ServSafe preferred (or willingness to obtain)
