## Description

Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Online Marketplace team. In this engaging role, you will provide outstanding support to our Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to our diverse range of products and services offered on our online platform.

Your fluency in Dutch will play a key role in helping customers navigate the marketplace, resolve issues, and ensure their shopping experience is smooth and enjoyable. As a member of our dedicated team, you will significantly contribute to maintaining high customer satisfaction and loyalty.

### Responsibilities

-   Deliver exceptional customer service in Dutch via phone, email, and chat regarding marketplace inquiries
-   Assist customers with product information, order status, returns, and other seller-related inquiries
-   Efficiently resolve customer issues and complaints, providing timely solutions
-   Document and track customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
-   Coordinate with internal teams to ensure swift resolution of complex inquiries
-   Collect customer feedback to improve our products and services
-   Stay informed about the latest trends in e-commerce and online shopping

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Dutch and English, with strong communication skills
-   Excellent customer service orientation and ability to solve problems effectively
-   Prior experience in customer service, especially in e-commerce or online retail, is preferred
-   Able to multitask and manage customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment
-   Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
-   Passion for online shopping and a commitment to providing a positive customer experience
-   Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
