## Description

We are looking for an experienced **Senior Program Manager / Project Manager** to lead and deliver strategic **Wealth Management business and technology initiatives** within a banking environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of complex programs and projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, operational excellence, and agreed delivery timelines.

The role requires strong experience across **Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Asset Management**, combined with excellent program governance, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and business-technology transformation experience.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Lead the **end-to-end delivery of Wealth Management programs and projects**, from initiation through implementation and post-production support.
-   Define and manage program **roadmaps, scope, timelines, budgets, governance structures, and delivery plans**.
-   Ensure programs and projects remain aligned with strategic business objectives and expected business outcomes.
-   Collaborate closely with **Business, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and third-party vendors** to drive successful delivery.
-   Manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously, ensuring effective coordination, prioritization, and dependency management.
-   Track and proactively manage **risks, issues, dependencies, actions, and escalations**, driving timely resolution.
-   Oversee requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, implementation, and post-production support.
-   Establish and maintain strong program governance, reporting structures, and delivery controls.
-   Provide regular and structured **program status updates to senior management and key stakeholders**.
-   Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear communication across business and technology teams.
-   Ensure successful delivery of **digital, regulatory, transformation, and business initiatives**.
-   Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across Wealth Management delivery initiatives.
-   Ensure effective realization of business value and measurable outcomes from delivered programs.
-   Support Agile delivery practices and promote effective collaboration across cross-functional teams.
-   Coordinate with vendors and external partners to ensure contractual and delivery commitments are achieved.
-   Ensure delivery activities remain aligned with applicable **banking regulations, internal policies, risk requirements, and governance standards**.

### Required Experience & Skills

-   **8+ years of experience** in Program Management / Project Management within **Banking or Financial Services**.
-   Strong experience in **Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Asset Management** environments.
-   Strong understanding of **investment products, portfolio management, trading, custody, and wealth management operations**.
-   Proven experience delivering **large-scale, complex business and technology transformation programs**.
-   Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, workstreams, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
-   Strong program governance, risk management, issue management, and escalation experience.
-   Excellent stakeholder management experience across business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and vendors.
-   Strong vendor management and third-party coordination experience.
-   Strong understanding of **SDLC, Agile, and hybrid delivery methodologies**.
-   Experience managing requirements, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-production activities.
-   Strong experience preparing program reporting and communicating progress to senior management.
-   Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Candidates should have strong practical understanding of one or more of the following:

### Agile & Delivery

-   Strong experience working within **Agile delivery environments**.
-   Understanding of Agile ceremonies, delivery planning, sprint execution, backlog management, and cross-functional team coordination.
-   Ability to work across Agile and **hybrid delivery models** depending on program requirements.
-   Strong focus on delivery governance, milestones, dependencies, risks, and business outcomes.

### Stakeholder & Leadership Skills

-   Ability to work effectively with senior business and technology stakeholders.
-   Strong communication and presentation skills with experience providing updates to senior management.
-   Ability to influence stakeholders and align business and technology teams toward common objectives.
-   Strong ownership of delivery outcomes, risks, dependencies, and escalations.
-   Ability to manage competing priorities and operate effectively in complex banking environments.
-   Strong vendor and third-party relationship management capabilities.

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Experience working with leading banks or financial institutions in the **UAE or GCC**.
-   **PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification**.
-   Exposure to digital wealth management, fintech integrations, or modern financial services platforms.
-   Experience delivering regulatory, digital transformation, or operational excellence initiatives within banking.
