## Description

McDonald's is looking for friendly, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join our team as **Crew Members.** As a crew person, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing quality food, and keeping a clean and welcoming environment.

## Requirements

Greet customers and take orders accurately

Prepare and serve food and beverages

Operate cash registers and handle payments

Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, bathrooms, kitchen, and all workstations

Work as part of a team to ensure fast and friendly service

Follow food safety and company procedures and policies

Reliable transportation

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Willingness to learn (no experience required)

Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift 5 to 25 pounds
