### Responsibilities

-   Deliver exceptional customer service to Hungarian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.

-   Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
-   Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Hungarian and English, both written and spoken.
-   Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
-   Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
-   Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
-   Competence with customer service tools and Microsoft Office applications.
-   Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, and embrace a new cultural experience.
