## Description

Makowsky Ringel Greenberg is looking for an **experienced, HVAC-certified Maintenance Technician** for Annie's Townhomes in Memphis, Tennessee. The Apartment Maintenance Technician performs general maintenance and repair to ensure apartment homes and other property facilities are in good working order. 

**Work schedule:** Monday through Friday, rotating weekends on-call, overtime as needed

**Responsibilities include:**  

-   HVAC and appliance installation and repair
-   Plumbing and electrical repair
-   Lock installation, repair, and re-keying
-   Preventive maintenance
-   Preparing vacant apartments for move-in

## Requirements

**MUST HAVE**

-   HVAC certification (Universal preferred)

-   2+ years of apartment maintenance experience
-   Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
-   Physical ability to perform assigned tasks

-   General knowledge of applicable building codes / laws
-   Ability to complete required documentation
-   High school diploma or equivalent

-   Reliable vehicle suitable for maintenance work
-   Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance
-   Ability to pass credit, background, and drug screenings
