**Job Summary**

We are seeking a **Senior Key Account Manager – Oncology** with a proven track record in oncology to join our high-performing team.

This role is pivotal in driving EVA Pharma’s oncology business by building strategic partnerships with key accounts, ensuring optimal access for patients, and delivering sustainable growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Develop and execute strategic account plans for major oncology centers, hospitals, and institutions.
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including oncologists, hospital administrators, payers, and procurement teams.
-   Lead negotiations and contracting processes to secure favorable access and reimbursement for EVA Pharma’s oncology portfolio.
-   Collaborate closely with Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams to align account strategies with broader business objectives.
-   Analyze account performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement tailored solutions.
-   Monitor competitive landscape and healthcare policy changes impacting oncology access.
-   Represent EVA Pharma at key oncology forums, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
-   Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, with at least 2 years focused on oncology.
-   Strong understanding of oncology treatment pathways, reimbursement processes, and hospital procurement dynamics in Egypt.
-   Proven track record of achieving sales and access objectives in oncology.
-   Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
