F&F Property Management, Inc. is actively accepting applications for current and future Onsite Resident Manager opportunities within our growing portfolio of owner-operated multifamily communities in San Diego County.

The Lucci – 3502 Angelucci Street, San Diego, CA 92111  
  
Current openings may vary. Qualified applicants may also be considered for future opportunities at other F&F communities throughout San Diego County.  
  
Compensation: $17.75 per hour  
Benefit: 1/3 Discount Off Market Rent on select units  
Schedule: Approximately 5–10 Hours Per Week  
  
POSITION SUMMARY  
  
F&F Property Management, Inc. is seeking experienced and dependable Onsite Resident Managers to serve as the eyes and ears of our communities. This position plays an important role in maintaining the appearance, safety, and overall condition of the property while providing timely communication and support to management.  
  
The ideal candidate has previous experience serving as an onsite manager, resident manager, apartment manager, onsite representative, or in a similar property management role and can provide professional references verifying their performance and reliability.  
  
This is a live-on-site position and candidates must be able to satisfy all requirements associated with onsite housing arrangements.  
  
Department: Property Management  
Reports To: Senior Property Manager / Regional Manager  
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt  
  
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  
  
Conduct routine property walks and report maintenance concerns, property damage, bulk items, safety hazards, and policy violations.  
Inspect common areas, laundry facilities, walkways, stairwells, parking areas, and amenity spaces to ensure cleanliness and proper condition.  
Monitor parking areas and report unauthorized vehicles, abandoned vehicles, and safety concerns.  
Observe and report vandalism, lighting outages, trip hazards, security concerns, and suspicious activity.  
Communicate resident concerns, lease violations, maintenance issues, and property-related observations to management.  
Document concerns through photographs and written reports when requested.  
Submit maintenance requests and assist with follow-up as directed.  
Provide courteous and professional interactions with residents, vendors, and visitors.  
Assist with community communication and resident relations as needed.  
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

## Requirements

Previous experience as an onsite manager, resident manager, apartment manager, leasing professional, or similar property management role preferred.  
Ability to provide professional references from prior property management or customer service positions.  
AppFolio experience preferred; experience with other property management software will also be considered.  
Strong observation skills and attention to detail.  
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.  
Professional communication and customer service skills.  
Reliable transportation and smartphone required.  
Ability to successfully complete all pre-employment screening requirements.  
Candidates must be able to satisfy the requirements of the California Apartment Association On-Site Employee Agreement, when applicable.  
  
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS  
  
Frequent walking throughout the property.  
Ability to climb stairs and navigate multiple building levels.  
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.  
Ability to occasionally lift and move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
