## Description

**Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) – Oregon**

We are hiring licensed mental health professionals in Oregon for a full-time remote position. This role involves providing scheduled therapy sessions, completing clinical documentation, and managing ongoing client care through telehealth.

**Job Type:** Full-Time, Remote  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM  
**Salary:** $115,000–$120,000 per year, plus benefits

**Responsibilities**

-   Provide virtual therapy sessions to clients in Oregon
-   Complete assessments and identify treatment needs
-   Develop treatment goals based on client concerns
-   Use appropriate counseling methods throughout treatment
-   Review progress and adjust care when needed
-   Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
-   Follow Oregon licensing, ethical, and telehealth requirements

## Requirements

-   **Master’s** degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology.
-   Licensing: Fully licensed to practice without supervision **(LMFT, LPC, LCSW).** 
-   Experience in delivering therapy and designing individualized treatment plans.
-   Strong communication skills, both in-person and virtually, with a focus on trust-building.
-   Tech-savvy and comfortable with online therapy tools.
