## Description

Ergonomia SA is the leading company in the field of Occupational and Industrial Safety, aiming at the establishment of a safe and productive workplace. Ergonomia is well-established, both in domestic and international markets for the reliability and high quality of its services. We are seeking motivated and qualified Safety Officers / Consultants to join our team in Central Greece/Thessaly region and contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) practices. The ideal candidate will support our clients by offering expert guidance on workplace safety and ensuring compliance with Greek legislation (Law 5239/2025).

Key Responsibilities:

-   Provide consultation on Occupational Health & Safety
-   Ensure the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
-   Conduct risk assessments and propose preventive measures to eliminate or reduce workplace hazards
-   Investigate workplace accidents, determine root causes, and suggest corrective actions
-   Contribute to training sessions and raise awareness on occupational risk prevention

## Requirements

Qualifications:

-   University degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
-   Knowledge and application of Greek OHS legislation
-   Prior experience in occupational safety roles is an asset

Skillset:

-   Strong analytical and reporting skills
-   Excellent communication skills in Greek (and English preferred)
-   Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-   Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and problem-solving attitude
