## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an opportunity for a Digital Trust and Safety Agent fluent in Danish to join our team in Athens, Greece. This role comes with a paid relocation package to support your move. As a Digital Trust and Safety Agent, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe and trustworthy digital environment for our users by monitoring and addressing safety concerns across various platforms.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Monitor and review user-generated content to identify potential violations of safety policies and community guidelines.
-   Investigate reported incidents thoroughly, applying analytical skills to assess risk and recommend appropriate actions.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to improve safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
-   Prepare detailed reports on safety issues and trends to inform decision-making.
-   Keep up-to-date with emerging risks and best practices in digital trust and safety to proactively mitigate threats.
-   Engage with users to promote understanding and adherence to safety measures.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
-   Experience in digital trust and safety, content moderation, or a related field is preferred.
-   Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations and make sound decisions.
-   Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and user engagement.
-   Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving safety issues.
-   Familiarity with digital content management systems and safety tools.
-   Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
-   Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece with paid relocation support.
