**Summary of Responsibilities:**

-   Possess a forward-looking mindset, staying up to date about retail merchandise so that store layouts and product offerings, relevant, and enticing
-   Maintain an active presence on major social media platforms, to utilize these channels to engage with customers, promote products, and enhance the brand’s online visibility
-   Develop and execute detailed merchandising plans support the company's objectives and adapt to the market demands
-   Optimize inventory management whilst maintaining high profitability
-   Implement tactics to boost sales performance, leveraging data-driven insights and innovative marketing campaigns
-   Provide guidance, mentorship, cultivating a collaborative and high-performance work environment

## Requirements

-   Only for Indonesia Citizen
-   Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within luxury retail or hospitality industry
-   Creative designer of engaging retail displays with a strong focus on enhancing customer shopping experiences
-   Strong leadership and communication skills
-   Experience in managing social media platforms for business purposes
-   Proficient in Retail Management software and Microsoft Office
-   Flexible and able to adapt to changing retail trends market conditions and proactively address challenges to maintain store excellence
-   Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
-   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail, or other relevant field
