## Description

We are seeking an experienced **Specialist Critical Care Physician** to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will provide specialized care to critically ill patients, manage complex medical conditions, and support optimal outcomes in the intensive care unit (ICU).

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Assess, diagnose, and manage critically ill patients in the ICU.
-   Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with life-threatening conditions.
-   Manage respiratory failure, sepsis, shock, and multi-organ dysfunction.
-   Monitor patients requiring mechanical ventilation and advanced hemodynamic support.
-   Perform emergency stabilization and resuscitation when required.
-   Coordinate with intensivists, surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other specialists.
-   Monitor patient progress and manage complications associated with critical illness.
-   Maintain accurate medical records and ensure high standards of patient safety and care.

## Requirements

**Qualifications & Requirements**

-   MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
-   Relevant postgraduate qualification in Critical Care Medicine, Intensive Care Medicine, or an equivalent specialty.
-   Minimum 3 years of post-specialization experience preferred.
-   Experience in ICU management, ventilator support, and emergency critical care.
-   Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and communication skills.
