**Location:** Cambridge, OH  
**Pay:** **$28+/hour**  
**Shift:** **3rd Shift**

We’re looking for a skilled and dependable **Maintenance Technician** to join our 3rd shift team. If you’re someone who enjoys troubleshooting, solving problems, and keeping production running smoothly, this could be a great opportunity for you!

### What You’ll Do

-   Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery and equipment
-   Perform preventative and routine maintenance
-   Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
-   Respond to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime
-   Install, adjust, repair, and replace equipment components
-   Identify potential equipment issues and address them before they become larger problems
-   Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records
-   Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

### What We’re Looking For

-   Previous industrial maintenance experience preferred
-   Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
-   Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems is a plus
-   Ability to read and understand equipment manuals, schematics, and diagrams
-   Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills
-   Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-   Must be available to work **3rd shift**
