## Description

We're looking for a talented **Photographer & Videographer** with a passion for luxury real estate, cinematic storytelling, and high-end content creation. ### Key Responsibilities

### Photography

-   Capture high-quality interior, exterior, lifestyle, and architectural photography for luxury properties.
-   Produce professional listing images, agent portraits, event photography, and brand content.
-   Ensure every image meets Luxarabia's premium visual standards through professional composition, lighting, and editing.
-   Edit and retouch photographs using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop while maintaining natural, luxury aesthetics.
-   Deliver images optimised for Property Finder, Bayut, social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
-   Plan and execute cinematic property tours, developer showcases, interviews, events, and branded content.
-   Operate professional camera equipment with exceptional attention to composition, movement, exposure, and focus.
-   Capture high-quality B-roll, lifestyle footage, and engaging social media content.
-   Adapt filming style for multiple platforms including YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
-   Coordinate shoots with agents, developers, and internal teams to ensure smooth production.
-   Capture professional aerial footage showcasing properties, communities, and Dubai landmarks.
-   Plan flights, conduct pre-flight equipment checks, and maintain drone equipment to professional standards.
-   Build and maintain a premium aerial footage library of Dubai's key locations.
-   Edit raw footage into polished, engaging content using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
-   Maintain consistent Luxarabia branding across all video content.
-   Stay updated with the latest AI editing tools, video trends, and social media best practices.
-   Ensure all deliverables are completed within agreed deadlines.
-   Maintain cameras, lenses, lighting, drones, audio equipment, and accessories in excellent working condition.

## Requirements

-   Strong portfolio demonstrating photography, videography, and editing skills.

-   Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, After Effects) and/or DaVinci Resolve.
-   Experience operating professional cameras, gimbals, lighting, audio equipment, and drones.
-   Strong understanding of composition, lighting, storytelling, colour grading, and visual branding.
-   Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
-   Creative mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
-   Excellent communication and organizational skills.
