**This role is for one of the Weekday's clients**

**Salary range: Rs 3500000 - Rs 4000000 (ie INR 35 - 40 LPA)**

## Requirements

**Key Responsibilities**

**1\. Revenue Responsibility & Business Growth**

-   Accountable for meeting **multi-million-dollar revenue targets** within the Hyderabad GCC region.
-   Build and maintain a **robust, high-quality pipeline** of opportunities across both new and existing accounts.
-   Acquire **new GCC and enterprise clients**, with a focus on large, global enterprises operating in India.
-   Execute **account expansion strategies** to increase wallet share across different service offerings.

**2\. Consultative and Solution-Focused Selling**

-   Drive **consultative selling efforts** in areas such as:

-   Digital transformation initiatives
-   Product engineering
-   Data & AI projects
-   Cloud and platform modernization

-   Work closely with **solution architects, delivery managers, and practice leaders** to craft compelling proposals and unique offerings.
-   Showcase our client’s **accelerators, frameworks, and intellectual property** (e.g., AI, data platforms, automation solutions) to create competitive advantages in deals.

**3\. GCC & Enterprise Relationship Management**

-   Establish and nurture **strategic partnerships** with GCC leadership, including:

-   CIOs, CTOs
-   Heads of Engineering / Centers of Excellence (COEs)
-   Digital Transformation Leaders
-   Procurement and Vendor Management teams

-   Develop a deep understanding of **GCC operating models, capability roadmaps, and innovation priorities**.
-   Implement **executive engagement programs, governance frameworks, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)** to strengthen partnerships and drive sustained growth.

**4\. Deal Execution & Commercial Excellence**

-   Manage the **entire deal lifecycle**, including qualification, solution design, negotiation, and closing.
-   Develop **commercial contracts and pricing strategies** that align with client goals and ensure profitability.
-   Ensure compliance with internal governance, contracting standards, and risk management policies.

**5\. Cross-Functional Collaboration**

-   Collaborate closely with **delivery and customer success teams** to ensure a seamless transition from sales to execution.
-   Engage with **global practice leaders** (Cloud, Data, AI/GenAI, Digital Engineering, etc.) to deliver innovative solutions.
-   Coordinate with marketing and leadership teams on **demand generation, industry events, and thought leadership initiatives** within the GCC community.

**6\. Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership**

-   Stay updated on **industry trends, competitive dynamics, and GCC ecosystem developments** in Hyderabad and across India.
-   Provide insights on **emerging technology trends** such as AI, GenAI, cloud, and platform engineering.
-   Represent the client at **industry forums, customer events, and leadership panels**.

**Qualifications & Experience**

-   8–12+ years of experience in **technology services sales, consulting sales, or enterprise solution selling**.
-   Proven track record of **consistently achieving or surpassing revenue targets** in a B2B environment.
-   Extensive experience engaging with **GCCs or major enterprise clients in India**.
-   Thorough knowledge of **technology services** including digital engineering, data, AI, and cloud transformation.
-   Expertise in managing **complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders**.

-   Strong **networks within the Hyderabad GCC ecosystem**.
