## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to announce an opportunity for a Hebrew Speaking Content Moderator to work in Greece with a fully paid relocation package. This role offers the chance to immerse yourself in the rich culture of Greece while contributing to maintaining a safe and positive online environment for Hebrew-speaking communities. As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure it meets community standards and guidelines.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Review and moderate user-generated content in Hebrew to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
-   Accurately classify and assess content based on established moderation policies.
-   Identify and escalate inappropriate or harmful content to the relevant teams.
-   Provide insights and feedback on content trends to improve moderation strategies.
-   Collaborate with colleagues to enhance content moderation processes and uphold quality standards.
-   Stay updated on company policies and best practices related to content moderation and community engagement.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Hebrew (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
-   Previous experience in content moderation or similar roles is preferred.
-   Strong attention to detail and consistent application of moderation guidelines.
-   Excellent communication skills to clearly convey moderation decisions.
-   Ability to manage sensitive content professionally and with discretion.
-   Familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools is beneficial.
-   Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
-   Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
