## Description

**Program Manager  
Location: Washington, DC**

**Must have an active Secret Security Clearance**

**Required Education:**

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related technical discipline

**Required Certifications:**

Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI)

Cloud: Amazon Web Services (AWS) Certified Solutions Architect or similar cloud provider certification

Cybersecurity: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

## Requirements

**Years of Experience:**

-   Fifteen (15) years of IT experience, with at least ten (10) years in a program management role overseeing programs of similar size and complexity.
-   Size and Complexity Definition: Experience managing programs with an annual budget of at least $2.5 Million and a team of 15-20 personnel operating under stringent federal security compliance frameworks \[e.g., DoW Risk Management Framework (RMF), Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)\].
-   Consecutive Experience: Required five (5) consecutive years of experience demonstrating recent (within the last year) and sustained leadership.
-   Five (5) years of demonstrated experience managing digital transformation or business process automation programs, with a proven track record of transitioning manual processes to automated solutions.
-   Experience with The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF)
-   Experience with Agile or DevOps methodologies is highly desirable.
