## Description

We are looking for a **Senior Litigation Counsel with experience in IT / Fintech / banking** for the legal team.  
  
**Responsibilities:**

-   Lead commercial litigation, international arbitration, and financial recovery cases across jurisdictions (UAE, UK, EU, HK, etc.);

-   Handle cases end-to-end: legal research, drafting, discovery, trial preparation, settlement negotiations, and coordination with local counsel;
-   Develop litigation strategies, prepare legal memoranda, and maintain case documentation and knowledge bases.

## Requirements

-   **7+ years of litigation / dispute resolution experience in a law firm or in-house (IT / fintech);**
-   Law degree and active admission to practice;
-   Fluent Russian and English, both written and spoken;
-   Strong knowledge of civil procedure and evidence rules;
-   Excellent legal research, analytical and drafting skills;
-   Experience with e-discovery, legal databases, Google Workspace, Notion and LLMs;
-   Strong organizational and communication skills.  
    

_Nice to have: strong knowledge of UK Common Law (UK Law Solicitor qualification is an advantage, or willingness to obtain it), commercial litigation, ADR experience; flexibility for extended hours and willingness to travel._
