**Your Impact**

As a Junior Data Scientist, you’ll play a key role in helping us better understand our customers and shape how they experience our products.

Working alongside experienced Data Scientists, you’ll contribute to building machine learning models and data-driven solutions that power personalisation, improve decision-making, and support safer gambling initiatives.

**A Day in the Life**

-   Contribute to end-to-end data science projects from discovery through to deployment
-   Support the development of machine learning models to solve business problems
-   Analyse large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights
-   Collaborate with teams across Product, Marketing, Risk, and Customer Operations
-   Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
-   Continuously learn and apply new tools, techniques, and best practices

**Your Strengths**

-   Foundation in Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field
-   Experience with Python and SQL
-   Understanding of core machine learning and statistical concepts
-   Curiosity and a desire to solve real-world problems with data
-   Strong communication skills and willingness to learn from others
-   Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
