## Description

99Bright Minds helps businesses move through digital transformation with Offshore Development Centers, IT Staff Augmentation, Managed Software Teams, and CTO as a Service. We are based in Jordan, with additional capabilities in Egypt and the West Bank.

We are looking for a Senior AI Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on AI experience to design, build, and run production AI solutions for enterprise clients.

## Requirements

-   Design, build, and deploy AI assistants, chatbots, copilots, and intelligent automation solutions.
-   Develop LLM-based applications using RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector databases.
-   Build AI workflows using orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel.
-   Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and cloud platforms.
-   Deploy AI services to production using Docker, CI/CD, and MLOps practices.
-   Monitor, evaluate, and optimize model performance, accuracy, latency, and cost.
-   Apply responsible AI, security, and privacy best practices across solutions.
-   Work with product, engineering, and client teams to turn business needs into technical solutions.

## Requirements

-   3–4 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
-   Proven experience delivering AI solutions to production.
-   Strong expertise in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
-   Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs (such as GPT, Claude, and Llama), and prompt engineering.
-   Strong knowledge of RAG, embeddings, and vector databases (such as FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, or Weaviate).
-   Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
-   Solid understanding of NLP, machine learning, and deep learning concepts.
-   Hands-on experience with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, AWS, or Google Cloud AI services.
-   Experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD.
-   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
-   Strong communication skills and English level B2 or higher.

## Nice to Have

-   Experience building AI agents and multi-agent systems.
-   Experience with Kubernetes.
-   Experience working with Arabic-language AI solutions.
-   AI certifications, such as Azure AI Engineer Associate or AWS Machine Learning Specialty.
