As our new **Lead Generation Specialist**, you'll be working closely with our **Enterprise Account Executive** to fill the pipeline with companies ready to make magic with data.

What You’ll Do:

-   Build high-quality lead lists using tools like Crunchbase, Lemlist, and more;
-   Research potential clients and identify key decision-makers;
-   Run sharp, tailored outreach campaigns;
-   Initiate conversations with potential clients via LinkedIn, email, and other outbound channels;
-   Book **qualified discovery calls** for our Enterprise Account Executive;
-   Test and optimize messaging strategies with your manager;
-   Track your results and share feedback to improve our approach.

What We’d Love to See:

-   **1–2 years** of experience in **Lead Gen / SDR / BDR** **roles in B2B tech sales;**
-   Proven track record of setting up **qualified discovery or into calls;**
-   Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written);
-   Confident using LinkedIn, sales tools, and CRM systems;
-   Communicate clearly, professionally, and with purpose;
-   Know how to research, personalize, and get replies;
-   Experience in or genuine interest in **AI and innovation.**
