### Responsibilities

-   Perform CT examinations according to physician orders and established imaging protocols.
-   Prepare and position patients for CT procedures while ensuring comfort and safety.
-   Administer contrast media in accordance with facility policies and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
-   Operate CT imaging equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
-   Verify patient identity, review medical history, and explain imaging procedures.
-   Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) and Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS).
-   Perform routine equipment quality control and report equipment concerns promptly.
-   Follow radiation safety guidelines, ALARA principles, infection prevention protocols, and departmental policies.
-   Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.

## Requirements

Experience Required:  2 years with 1 year recent experience in specialty

EPIC Proficiency is required

License Required: CA State license

Certifications Required: BLS, ARRT (R)(CT), CA CRT
