## Description

-   Build and execute multi-channel content roadmaps across video (TikTok, YouTube, Reels), visual media, and written platforms aligned with core business targets.

-   Concept, script, film, and edit engaging multimedia assets, setting high standards for visual design, storytelling, and brand voice.

-   Streamline production schedules, review deliverables, and mentor team members.
-   Enforce visual guidelines, tone of voice, and channel best practices across all published media.

## Requirements

-   Experience: 4–6 years in digital content creation.
-   Portfolio: Demonstrated record of driving audience growth and launching successful creative campaigns across short-form and long-form video.
-   Technical Proficiency: Hands-on mastery of video editing (Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or Final Cut), photo/graphic design (Photoshop, Canva, Figma), and social management tools.
