## Description

**Key Responsibilities :** 

-            Handle the client and make approach to achieve our targets for contracts per year . 
-            Make the design of each unit upon the client request and direction. 
-        Supervise and coordinate all finishing works, including but not limited to plastering, painting, tiling, ceiling works, carpentry, joinery, and decorative elements.
-        Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and finishing schedules.
-        Ensure finishing works meet the required quality standards and are executed according to the approved designs and materials.
-        Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other engineering disciplines to ensure smooth workflow.
-        Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and update the project manager accordingly.
-        Inspect work areas regularly to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
-        Assist in resolving site issues related to finishes and suggest practical solutions.
-        Participate in quality inspections and snagging procedures before handover.
-        Monitor and manage materials stock to prevent delays or shortages.
-        Ensure timely delivery and installation of all finishing components.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
-   3–5 years of experience in finishing works or interior fit-out.
-   Strong knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and quality standards.
-   Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
-   Experience coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers.
-   Strong problem-solving and site supervision skills.
-   Excellent communication and reporting skills.
-   Knowledge of safety and environmental standards.
-   Client-focused with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
