## Description

**Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)**

**Location:** Idaho  
**Position:** Full-Time  
**Salary:** $115,000–$120,000 per year  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

**Role Summary**

This Licensed Professional Counselor position centers on providing consistent, evidence-based mental health care through virtual sessions. You will work directly with clients to address emotional challenges, build coping strategies, and support long-term progress. The structure of this role allows for a steady schedule and clear expectations, making it ideal for clinicians seeking stability in a remote setting.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth
-   Assess client needs and establish treatment goals
-   Track progress and update clinical records
-   Follow state and federal compliance standards

## Requirements

-   Active LPC license in Idaho
-   Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field
-   Prior experience in outpatient or telehealth therapy
-   Strong written and verbal communication skills
-   Reliable internet and private workspace for virtual sessions
