## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is currently seeking a Digital Trust and Safety Specialist fluent in Swedish and English to join our team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of users across our digital platforms by monitoring content, addressing safety issues, and enforcing community guidelines effectively.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Monitor and analyze user-generated content and interactions to identify violations of safety policies.
-   Investigate reported safety incidents, gather evidence, and determine appropriate actions to resolve issues.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to develop and enhance digital safety policies and protocols.
-   Create detailed reports on safety incidents and trends to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
-   Stay informed about emerging digital safety threats and apply best practices to maintain a secure environment.
-   Engage with users to promote digital safety awareness and responsible online behavior.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Swedish and English (both written and spoken) is required.
-   Experience in digital trust and safety, content moderation, or related fields preferred.
-   Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
-   Excellent communication skills for managing user interactions and resolving safety issues effectively.
-   Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset toward identifying potential risks.
-   Familiarity with online safety tools, social media platforms, and content management systems is advantageous.
-   Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic and fast-paced team environment.
