**Required Security Clearance:** NATO SECRET

**Duties & Role:**  

Logisitics:

-   receive equipment in EBA
-   label equipment
-   organize transport to Tech Support
-   handle the return of replaced equipment
-   transfer equipment out of account holder's BL in EBA
-   transport returned equipment to CSSC
-   process the disposal (letter preparation for ROS)

CIS assets inventory:

-   support physical wall-to-wall inventory if required
-   coordinate inventory with AHs
-   update the AHs database
-   search in systems/physically when assets not found
-   handle turned-in equipment, including disposal
-   chase AHs if their EOT date approaches
-   make sure all accounts have valid AH, if not search for one.

## Requirements

**Skills, Knowledge & Experience:**

-   The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
-   EBA Oracle knowledge is a must
-   IT assets minimum knowledge
-   Min 5 years-experience in LOG
-   Knowledge of LOG/Asset Management NATO rules is a plus
-   Well organized
-   Driving license is a must
-   Forklift handling license is good to have
-   Likes to work on the field BUT also update admin information in our database
