### What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be there to help customers and make sure they receive the support they need.

Depending on the project, your responsibilities may include:

-   Supporting dutch customers via phone, chat, and email
-   Answering questions and finding the right solutions to customer requests
-   Following up on cases and making sure they are resolved efficiently
-   Creating a positive customer experience with every interaction
-   Building professional and trusting relationships with customers
-   Working towards individual and team targets

There are several different Customer Support projects available, so your exact responsibilities and focus may vary depending on the project you join.

## Requirements

### What We're Looking For

-   Fluent Dutch
-   Good English communication skills
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-   A problem-solving mindset and a customer-focused approach
-   Good computer skills
-   The ability to multitask and stay organised
-   A positive attitude and the motivation to work in a fast-paced, international environment
-   A team player who enjoys working with people from different cultures
