Well look no further! Zinger Property Group is searching for a skilled Professional Cleaner at our high-rise apartment community in Indianapolis, IN. A successful Professional Cleaner can come from a variety of industries including hospitality, retail, restaurant and other related industries.

**Most Important Job Functions**

-   Cleaning and sanitizing
-   Polishing furniture
-   Vacuuming
-   Washing floors
-   Taking trash out
-   Dusting
-   Checking inventory
-   Restocking items
-   Reporting any issues with assigned area

## Requirements

-   Professional house or apartment cleaning experience preferred, but not necessary
-   Ability to follow directions and work independently
-   Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
-   Ability to communicate effectively
-   Reliable and punctual
-   Self-motivation and a strong work ethic
-   Outstanding customer service skills
