### **Full-Scope Family Practice Physician**

### Location: California

Start: Second week of June

Schedule: Monday- Thursday

Commonwealth Medical Services is looking for a passionate Full-Scope Family Practice Physician to join our dedicated team in California. Our practice emphasizes comprehensive healthcare for individuals and families, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and holistic wellness.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Deliver full-scope family medicine services to a diverse patient population, including pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics.
-   Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical examinations and health screenings.
-   Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the latest clinical guidelines.
-   Perform in-office procedures, such as vaccinations, minor surgeries, and wellness check-ups.
-   Prescribe medications and monitor patient progress throughout treatment.
-   Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
-   Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and management strategies.
-   Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records.

### **Qualifications**

-   MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
-   Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
-   Active California medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
-   Valid DEA registration.
-   Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-   Commitment to patient-centered care and community health improvement.

## Requirements
