**This role is for one of our clients**

**Compensation: $100-$150 per hour**

We are seeking experienced banking professionals to contribute to a research initiative with a leading AI lab focused on developing advanced foundational models. In this role, you will apply your on-desk banking experience to support the evaluation and refinement of financial reasoning and analytical content used to train next-generation AI systems.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong exposure to banking operations, financial analysis, and deal execution who are looking to leverage their expertise in a flexible, project-based environment.

## Requirements

**What You’ll Do**

-   Review and assess financial and banking-related content for accuracy, quality, and analytical rigor
-   Apply practical banking knowledge to evaluate financial scenarios and outputs
-   Provide structured feedback to improve clarity, correctness, and depth of analysis
-   Support the development and refinement of high-quality financial reasoning materials
-   Collaborate within a remote, asynchronous environment while following defined evaluation frameworks

**Who You Are**

-   Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in banking (must be hands-on, on-desk experience; academic experience not considered)
-   Background in investment banking, corporate banking, commercial banking, or related financial services
-   Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
-   Excellent written communication and attention to detail

**Eligibility**

-   Candidates must be based in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, or Europe

**Vetting Process**

-   Completion of a technical assessment (under 2 hours) designed to evaluate financial expertise and analytical ability

**Engagement Details**

-   Independent contractor role
-   Fully remote with a flexible, self-managed schedule
-   Project duration may vary based on performance and business needs
-   Strong performance may lead to opportunities on future projects
