At **H2 Health – Paris**, you’ll work with a diverse outpatient population and support patients across orthopedic, post-surgical, sports, neurological, and work-related rehabilitation needs.

Your Role

-   Provide skilled treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
-   Carry out individualized plans of care and support patient progress
-   Provide therapeutic exercise, balance, mobility, and functional interventions
-   Monitor patient response and communicate progress with the supervising PT
-   Educate patients on movement, recovery, and home exercise programs
-   Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation

## Requirements

-   Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
-   Current Kentucky PTA license or eligibility for licensure
-   CPR certification, if applicable
-   Strong communication and teamwork skills
-   Commitment to patient-centered care
-   New graduates are welcome; outpatient experience is not required
