## Requirements

-   Fluency in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written.
-   Experience in customer service roles, ideally in a relevant industry.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
-   Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office tools.
-   Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia, with relocation expenses covered.
