## Description

SWOT Hospitality is seeking an experienced and dynamic **Hotel Manager for** Palma Resort, luxury villas in Halkidiki, Greece, to oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, ensure exceptional service standards, and deliver an outstanding guest experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a genuine passion for luxury service.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Oversee the daily operations of the luxury villas and ensure smooth and efficient resort management.
-   Supervise, coordinate, and motivate staff across all operational departments.
-   Maintain the highest standards of guest service and hospitality.
-   Manage reservations, guest arrivals and departures, and special guest requests.
-   Ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall presentation of the villas and facilities.
-   Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
-   Monitor operational costs and ensure efficient use of resources.
-   Coordinate with management to achieve operational, financial, and commercial objectives.
-   Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and health and safety regulations.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience in a Hotel Manager or similar management position, preferably within luxury hotels, resorts, or boutique hospitality properties.
-   Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
-   Fluency in English; additional languages will be considered an asset.
-   Strong customer-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
-   Ability to make decisions, solve problems, and perform effectively in a demanding environment.
-   Familiarity with hotel management systems and reservation platforms.
-   A professional attitude, flexibility, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
