## Requirements

As a Field Service Engineer, your most important responsibility is to service, commission and maintain our machines at our customers. The work varies from small service jobs, lasting a few days to larger service jobs of several days.

-   Hands-on during machine building
-   Preparing and executing installation-jobs
-   Conducting service visits
-   Troubleshooting production issues at customers’ sites
-   Managing local employees in larger installation projects
-   Keeping in touch with the team and reporting about your progress
-   Training the customer and feedback results to your colleagues
-   Preparing your next project(s) and reporting on completed projects
-   Regular meetings with the team

**About You**

You are passionate about technology and machinery. You are independent, flexible and stress resilient. Furthermore, you like to work hands-on, have an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.

-   Mandatory prerequisite fluent in Italian
-   Have an excellent command of the English language
-   Have knowledge through previous experience or studies in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronic Engineering or similar
-   Basic knowledge of electrical and controls engineering is an advantage
-   Are willing to travel internationally
