**Key Responsibilities:**

-   **Customer Service:**
-   Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.

-   Address any customer questions or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
-   **Food Preparation:**
-   Prepare sandwiches, wraps, salads, and other menu items according to Subway's standards.
-   Handle ingredients (meats, vegetables, sauces, etc.) and follow food safety protocols for storage and handling.
-   Toast sandwiches, prepare hot meals, and ensure proper portion sizes.
-   Maintain quality and presentation of food items.
-   **Cash Handling:**
-   Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and process customer transactions (cash, credit, or mobile payments).
-   Accurately handle cash and provide correct change.
-   Assist with the balancing of the cash register and perform end-of-shift cash counting.
-   **Store Cleanliness and Maintenance:**
-   Keep the store clean and organized, including the dining area, restrooms, and kitchen.
