We are looking for a dynamic and experienced **Senior HR Leader** to lead the people strategy and drive organisation-wide HR transformation. The role will oversee key areas including **HR Strategy, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Organisation Development**.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic HR professional who can align people initiatives with business objectives, strengthen organisational capabilities, and build scalable HR practices across a growing and diverse workforce.

## Requirements

Key Responsibilities

-   Develop and execute the **HR strategy** aligned with overall business objectives and organisational growth plans.
-   Lead **talent acquisition** strategy, workforce planning, and recruitment initiatives across multiple locations.
-   Oversee HR operations and ensure efficient, consistent, and scalable people processes.
-   Drive effective **performance management** frameworks, processes, and employee development initiatives.
-   Develop strategies to strengthen **employee engagement, retention, and attrition management**.
-   Lead compensation and benefits initiatives, including salary structures, benchmarking, and reward programs.
-   Build and strengthen **talent management and succession planning** frameworks for critical roles.
-   Design and implement **Learning & Development** initiatives to build employee and leadership capabilities.
-   Drive **Organisation Development** initiatives focused on culture, organisational effectiveness, leadership development, and change management.
-   Partner with senior leadership on workforce strategy, organisational design, people challenges, and business transformation.
-   Establish HR policies, processes, and systems that support a high-performing and employee-focused organisation.
-   Use HR analytics and workforce insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
-   Lead and mentor HR teams while establishing a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
-   Ensure HR practices remain aligned with applicable employment regulations and organisational governance requirements.

What Makes You a Great Fit

-   **13+ years of progressive experience** in Human Resources, with significant experience in senior HR leadership roles.
-   Strong expertise across **HR Strategy, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, L&D, and Organisation Development**.
-   Proven experience leading **multi-location talent acquisition and workforce initiatives**.
-   Strong understanding of organisational design, succession planning, leadership development, and change management.
-   Demonstrated ability to partner with senior business leaders and influence strategic people decisions.
-   Strong experience developing and implementing scalable HR processes, policies, and frameworks.
-   Excellent understanding of employee engagement, retention, performance, and organisational effectiveness.
-   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a business-oriented approach.
-   Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing HR teams.
-   Excellent communication, stakeholder-management, and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, complex, and evolving organisation.
-   **Full-time MBA/PGDM in Human Resources** or an equivalent qualification is required.
-   A proactive, strategic, and transformation-oriented mindset with a strong focus on building high-performing organisations.
