## Description

-   Responsible for processing loans from set-up to closing by verifying, assembling, and entering borrower information into the system.
-   Verify income and assets documentation are complete and compliant to established guidelines
-   Notate files to keep all necessary parties informed of loans current status
-   Request Third party steps as required
-   Order any necessary documentation as needed
-   Verify income docs, recalculate income to confirm figures are correct
-   Review appraisal against title for accuracy of property description
-   Review title. Work with the title officer to clear judgments/liens
-   Verify real estate taxes are paid to date. Update aggregate escrows for both taxes and insurance
-   Verify hazard insurance is paid in full and adequately covers the loan amount
-   Work with Post Closing department to resolve any funding issues

## Requirements

-   Two years of experience processing purchase mortgages.
-   Very strong organizational skills
-   Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-   Strong analytical skills, detail oriented
-   Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite to include Word and Excel
-   Ability to learn and adapt quickly to system updates
