-   Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on player trends and common community pain points.

-   Maintain accurate records and documentation of all player interactions within the CRM system.
-   Participate in ongoing product training to stay updated with the latest gaming releases and features.

## Requirements

-   Native or fluent Czech (spoken and written).
-   Valid EU passport (mandatory).
-   A genuine passion for the Gaming & Esports industry and current gaming trends.
