Just data and results. ### The Role We're producing a high volume of organic video content using AI tools like Google Veo. The raw clips are generated—but someone needs to assemble them into finished videos ready for publishing. That's you. This is a process-driven, execution-focused role. You'll take AI-generated clips, tie them together, add music/text as needed, and export clean, polished videos. It's not about creative concepting or complex motion graphics—it's about following a system, working fast, and maintaining consistency across high volume. If you're someone who thrives on repetitive, detail-oriented work and can produce quality output quickly, this role is for you. ### What You'll Do - Assemble AI-generated video clips (Google Veo, etc.) into finished organic content - Follow templates and brand guidelines to ensure consistency - Add music, text overlays, captions, and basic transitions as needed - Export videos in correct formats and specifications for various platforms - Organize and manage video assets in our systems - Maintain fast turnaround times while ensuring quality - Flag any issues with source clips or assets to the team - Follow SOPs and processes precisely ## Requirements ### What We're Looking For - Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar) - Ability to work fast and produce high volume without sacrificing quality - Strong attention to detail—you catch errors before exporting - Organized—you can manage multiple assets and projects without getting lost - Reliable—you deliver on time, every time - Comfortable with repetitive, process-driven work - Quick learner—you can follow SOPs and pick up new tools easily - Good internet connection for uploading/downloading video files **Bonus Points:** - Experience editing organic content for DTC/e-commerce brands - Familiarity with AI video generation tools (Google Veo, Runway, Pika, etc.) - Experience with TikTok, Reels, or Shorts content formats - You've worked in a high-volume content production environment ### This Role Is NOT For...
