## Description

**Enclave Real Estate** is expanding its Dubai team and looking for experienced **Secondary Market Property Consultants** to join our growing operation.

We are looking for ambitious, results-driven professionals with proven experience in **Dubai secondary market real estate**, strong client acquisition skills and the ability to convert leads into successful transactions.

**Dubai-based candidates only. Proven Dubai/UAE real estate experience is required.**

## Requirements

-   Minimum **1 year of experience** in Dubai/UAE real estate or property sales
-   Strong experience in the **secondary/resale property market**
-   Proven sales track record
-   Experience handling buyers, sellers and property transactions
-   Strong knowledge of the **Dubai property market**
-   Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-   Strong lead generation and client acquisition abilities
-   Valid UAE driving license
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team
