## Description

Okie Staffing is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Preventative Maintenance Technician.** In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that machinery and equipment operate smoothly by performing regular maintenance and inspections.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work hands-on with various equipment and improve operational efficiency.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery according to schedules
-   Inspect machinery to identify wear, malfunctions, or potential issues
-   Troubleshoot minor mechanical and electrical problems
-   Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
-   Order and manage replacement parts and supplies
-   Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime
-   Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
-   Assist with emergency repairs as needed

## Requirements

-   Prior experience as a maintenance technician or related role preferred
-   Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
-   Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals and blueprints
-   Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
-   Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude
-   Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments
-   Willingness to work overtime or emergency call-outs when necessary
-   Valid Driver’s License required

## Benefits

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–12:30 AM

Pay Rate 15.00-18.00 DOE

Overtime: Required as needed
