## Description

### Overview

We are seeking a **Senior Mechanical Engineer** to support the design and development of **Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)**. This role focuses on the mechanical design of equipment enclosures and integrated platforms that house batteries, inverters, transformers, and other power infrastructure.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in **mechanical product design using SolidWorks**, with exposure to **sheet metal, structural assemblies, and thermal management of electrical equipment**.

### Key Responsibilities

• Design **mechanical enclosures and structural platforms** for battery energy storage systems.  
• Develop **equipment layouts and mechanical assemblies** supporting service access, ventilation, and cable routing.  
• Create **3D models and detailed drawings in SolidWorks**, including sheet metal and weldments.  
• Perform **structural and thermal analysis** to support battery cooling and system safety.  
• Coordinate closely with **electrical and manufacturing teams** to ensure proper equipment integration.  
• Support **prototype builds, testing, and product development phases**.

## Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in **Mechanical Engineering**.

• **7+ years of experience** in mechanical design for industrial equipment or energy systems.

• Strong experience with **SolidWorks (sheet metal, weldments, large assemblies)**.

• Experience with **structural design and thermal management** for electrical or power equipment.

• Familiarity with **engineering documentation, BOMs, and manufacturing processes**.

• Strong **English communication skills**.
