### Responsibilities

-   Lead and manage daily business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across Workforce Africa.
-   Develop and implement operational strategies that align with company goals and market demands.
-   Coordinate cross-functional collaboration among project teams, consultants, and support staff.
-   Analyze operational processes and identify areas for improvement and innovation.
-   Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
-   Manage resource allocation and budgeting to optimize operational capacity.
-   Facilitate communication and workflow between regional offices and headquarters to ensure alignment.
-   Drive compliance with industry regulations and internal policies within all operational activities.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in any related field; MBA preferred.
-   Minimum of 5 years experience in business, hr operations & client success roles.
-   Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive operational initiatives.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience in process optimization.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
-   Familiarity with the African business environment and cultural considerations.
-   Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
-   Proficiency in data analysis tools and operational software platforms.
-   Experience in EOR & PEO HR Operations.
