### Responsibilities

-   Conduct comprehensive functional assessments of patients to determine physical capabilities and limitations.
-   Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
-   Monitor and document patient progress and adjust assessments as necessary to reflect changes in patient condition.
-   Provide expert advice and recommendations to support patient rehabilitation and recovery goals.
-   Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments, observations, and interventions in accordance with regulatory standards.
-   Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure understanding of functional status and care plans.
-   Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to stay current with best practices and industry standards.
-   Identify and escalate any concerns related to patient safety or changes in health status promptly.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or a related healthcare discipline.
-   Proven experience in conducting functional assessments within a hospital or healthcare setting.
-   Strong knowledge of rehabilitation principles and patient care procedures.
-   Excellent observational and analytical skills to accurately evaluate patient functionality.
-   Effective communication skills to collaborate with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
-   Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations and standards.
-   Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and assessment tools.
-   Physical ability to perform assessments that may require mobility and physical engagement with patients.
