## Description

-   Welcome and assist lounge guests with a warm and professional approach.
-   Manage guest check-in and verify lounge access eligibility.
-   Provide outstanding customer service and respond to guest inquiries.
-   Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
-   Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
-   Ensure compliance with lounge service standards and company procedures.

## Requirements

-   Saudi National.
-   Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
-   Previous experience in Reception, Customer Service, Hospitality, Aviation, or a related field is preferred.
-   Good command of English (spoken and written).
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Professional appearance with a positive, service-oriented attitude.
-   Ability to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
