### **Job Title:** Digital Content Creator & Social Media Marketing Specialist

### **Work Schedule:**

-   Full-time
-   **7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Central Time)**

### **Job Overview:**

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented **Digital Content Creator & Social Media Marketing Specialist** to develop engaging content and manage social media platforms. This role requires a strong eye for design, trends, and storytelling, along with the ability to analyze performance and optimize content strategies.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

-   Create and publish high-quality content (graphics, videos, captions) across social media platforms
-   Plan and execute content calendars aligned with brand goals
-   Edit short-form videos using tools like **CapCut** and similar platforms
-   Design visual assets using **Canva**
-   Schedule and manage posts using **Rella** or similar social media tools
-   Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build audience interaction
-   Track and report content performance using **Google Sheets** and **Excel**
-   Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
-   Collaborate with team members to align content with marketing campaigns

## Requirements

### **Requirements:**

-   Proven experience in **social media marketing** and **content creation**
-   Proficiency in:

-   Rella
-   Canva
-   CapCut
-   Google Sheets
-   Microsoft Excel

-   Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
-   Basic knowledge of analytics and performance tracking
-   Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
-   Excellent communication and organizational skills
-   Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

### **Preferred Qualifications:**

-   Experience in video editing and short-form content creation
-   Familiarity with social media scheduling tools
-   Background in digital marketing, communications, or related field
