### The Role

You won't be making corporate videos or cinematic masterpieces. You'll be making ads that convert—fast-paced, scroll-stopping content that turns viewers into buyers.

You'll work directly with our Creative Strategists who develop the concepts and hooks. Your job is to bring those concepts to life with edits that hit hard in the first second and keep people watching.

We test a lot of creative. That means volume matters. You need to be fast without sacrificing quality—and smart enough to know which details matter and which don't.

## Requirements

### What You'll Do

-   Edit direct response video ads for Meta, TikTok, and other platforms
-   Transform raw UGC footage, b-roll, and assets into high-converting ads
-   Execute on creative briefs from our Creative Strategists
-   Produce multiple ad variations and iterations quickly
-   Add motion graphics, text overlays, captions, and sound design
-   Maintain organized project files and asset libraries
-   Hit deadlines consistently—we move fast
-   Learn from performance data and apply insights to future edits

### What We're Looking For

-   2+ years of video editing experience
-   Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut
-   Portfolio of direct response or social media ads you've edited
-   Understanding of what makes content work on Meta/TikTok (pacing, hooks, trends)
-   Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality
-   Experience with motion graphics and text animation
-   Strong attention to detail—audio sync, color, pacing all matter

**Bonus Points:**

-   Experience editing for DTC/e-commerce brands
-   After Effects skills for motion graphics
-   Understanding of direct response principles
-   You've edited ads that actually scaled
-   Experience with UGC-style content
